Daryl Curtis, CLU,ChFC


Founder, Wealth Building Advisors

Daryl Curtis graduated from West Texas State University in 1976, with a Bachelor of Science. He has also completed the prestigious Chartered Life Underwriter and the Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College. Daryl founded Daryl Curtis Wealth Builders in 1976 and has been in the financial services business for over 40 years.


Wealth Building Advisors values process over product. Our educational systematic approach to showing people how money works is complete and thorough and has been built around the experience and expertise that Daryl brings to the office.


Daryl Curtis has been president of the following boards: West Texas State University Alumni Association, Amarillo Family YMCA, Financial Service Professionals – Amarillo, National Association of Insurance, and Financial Advisors – Amarillo.


Daryl was also elected an alderman of the board of the Village of Timbercreek. He was also a 10-year member of the Timbercreek volunteer fire department. He is married to Vickie Sharp. Daryl has three children and four grandchildren. On nice weekends you can find Daryl with his group of fellow mountain bikers riding the trails of Palo Duro Canyon.

Marcos Bribiesca

Junior Advisor, Wealth Building Advisors

Marcos Bribiesca graduated from West Texas A&M with a bachelor’s in economics and a specialization in pre-law. He has been working with Wealth Building Advisors since 2021 and is actively pursuing his professional accreditation.


Marcos represented Team USA in Olympic style – weightlifting from 2015-2020. His determination allowed him to travel to several different countries with the team and break numerous state and national records. Since retiring from his Olympic pursuit Marcos has picked up coaching powerlifting for the Special Olympics and three of his athletes have competed on national or international stages.


Since coming on board with Wealth Building Advisors Marcos has expanded from his original role of advisor’s assistant. He now plays an active role in operations and client relations. Marcos maintains the technological infrastructure of the office and is constantly looking for ways to enrich the client experience and reach as many people as possible.
